Crazy people exist almost everywhere. there are scary crazy and funny crazy people just about anywhere you go. Like if you see me in a store then you might wait to see what kind of a mood I am in before you get near me. I will either mock some kid crying or making noise or even scare the crap out of annoying kids just for fun. Like those snot nose kids that the parents don't care if they run around everywhere screaming for no good reason and otherwise annoying everybody around.
